Poster Paper Plus is a 130gsm, satin finish, multilayer coated, water and weather resistant, bright white paper. It is specially designed as an opaque, outdoor specific, satin poster paper. Resistant to temperature and humidity and excellent wet strength properties, this paper is ideal for environments with high humidity and extreme temperature variations. Offering outstanding print results and superb colour definition. Suitable for printing with eco-solvent, solvent, latex and UV inks.

Printing Process:

1. Design Preparation:

   • The design is created or selected and then processed to ensure it is optimised for printing. This includes adjusting the resolution and colour settings to match our printer's specifications.

2. Substrate Preparation:

   • The material to be printed on (e.g., non-woven wallpaper, removable wallpaper) is loaded onto the Latex printer.

3. Printing:

   • Our Latex printer uses water-based latex inks, which are known for their durability and flexibility. The printing process involves the following steps:
     • Ink jet Application: The printer head sprays microscopic droplets of latex ink onto the substrate.
     • Instant Curing: As the ink is applied, it undergoes immediate curing through a combination of heat and airflow. This ensures the print is dry and ready for the next steps almost immediately.
       
       

4. Inspection and Quality Control:

   • Each print is inspected for colour accuracy, clarity, and overall quality. Any imperfections are addressed to ensure that the final product meets our high standards.
     
     

5. Finishing:
   

   • Once the printing is complete, the art print is cut to size and prepared for packaging.

Inks Used:

• Latex Inks:
  • Our Latex inks are water-based and eco-friendly. They contain no harmful chemicals or volatile organic compounds (VOCs), making them safe for use in homes and commercial spaces.
  • These inks provide vibrant colours and sharp details, and they are resistant to scratches and fading, ensuring long-lasting quality.
  • The flexibility of latex inks allows them to adhere well to a variety of substrates, including non-woven and removable wallpaper materials.

It will be cardboard box, we decided in the end to have one single box to save on space and weight. Our Art Prints are printed and posted separately to the rest of our stock.
