During NAIDOC week (July 2-7), we will be donating 15% of the sales from all products featuring First Nations Artists to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. This is our way of recognizing and honoring the rich cultural heritage and creative expression of Indigenous artists while contributing to a cause that makes a significant impact across Australia today.
At La La Land we are passionate about supporting artists and sharing their creations far and wide, and none more so than our First Nations artists.
Explore works by Australian First Nations artists, including Holly Sanders and Cungelella Art, who are inspired to share their stories, culture, and Country in a contemporary way. For these artists, painting is a reflection of their connection to Country, and an important part of their identity and wellbeing.
We acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the Country we are based. We recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters, and thank them for protecting this coastline and its ecosystems since time immemorial. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all First Nations people present today.
