La La Land is based in Sydney, Australia. We work Monday to Friday, except for Australian public holidays. Shipping times will vary for international shipping, you can find more information by emailing us.
For orders within Australia, please allow 5-7 business days for packing and processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed after 9:30am will begin to be processed next business day. Shipping times can be calculated through Australia Post (sending from Marrickville NSW).
Please note we do not ship to parcel lockers.
Shipping costs for domestic and international orders will be calculated at time of checkout, according to weight and size.
International orders may be subject to an additional customs fee on arrival at your local post office. Any additional shipping charges will be at the expense of the recipient.
